Returns Policy
We offer a full refund policy, which means in case an order isn't fulfilled we reimburse you all of what you have been charged. For this case the due amount will be charged back to the originating credit card bank account, or postal order, alternatively you may ask for a re-shipment. The conditions for a refund depend on the shipment method you have chosen.
REGISTERED SHIPMENT
First class recorded, Special delivery and Airsure international belong to this category. Recorded shipment means that the consignment is traceable and we can do tracking. If the consignment did not arrive within 8 days after shipping for Recorded Shipments, you may ask us for order tracking. If we cannot prove that the consignment was dispatched to the address that was given for the order, we will initiate the refund.
All merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt for reasons: wrong product received or delayed shipment for a full refund. Returns will have to be accompanied by an order confirmation E-mail that you will receive by us.
If you are simply not happy with your product simply return the unopend goods minus the one that you have used for a full refund, with your order confirmation E-mail. |
